Our Pastors
Evergreen is led by a team of six pastors who together bring decades of ministry experience and a wide range of backgrounds — from military service and aerospace engineering to veterinary medicine and the arts. What unites them is a shared conviction that the God of the Bible is alive and at work in Northern Virginia.
They love this church, love this community, and are committed to shepherding the Evergreen family toward Jesus — preaching the Word faithfully, caring for people personally, and pointing everyone they meet to a God who is real and near.

Evergreen Staff
The staff of Evergreen Community Church are the hands and feet behind the ministry. While the pastors preach and shepherd, our staff team keeps everything running — from Sunday morning logistics and event coordination to communications, administration, and day-to-day support that makes it possible for this church to show up consistently for the people of Northern Virginia.
Every person on our staff chose to be here. They're not just filling roles — they're serving a mission. They answer emails, set up rooms, coordinate volunteers, support families, and handle the hundred behind-the-scenes details that most people never see but everyone benefits from. They do it because they believe the local church matters, and because they love Evergreen and the community God has called us to reach in Manassas and beyond.
At Evergreen, staff ministry is not separate from pastoral ministry — it's part of the same calling. Together, we exist to help people go Deeper in Christ, grow Stronger in Community, and reach Wider in Influence across Northern Virginia and the world.
